About This Course
Adapted Community Health Clubs are virtual groups of health workers who gather for regular, structured sessions to support each other, learn about a health topic, and organize action on a specific health issue relevant to their community.

This course is for anyone who has identified a care gap in a rural community and are interested in a telementoring model known for fostering collaborative learning, peer support, and community-led action.
