About This Course
An Individual Consultation is a telementoring model that utilizes phone or video conferencing to carry out one-on-one consultations between a specialist (or subject matter expert) and a health care worker.

This course is for anyone who is interested in addressing a care gap within a rural community by using a telementoring model that offers rapid, individualized feedback, practical guidance, and direct relationship building between community-based health workers and subject matter experts.
